How Weekly Cashback Is Calculated
Each week, your net loss is what remains after subtracting your total winnings from your total losses. You will receive a set percentage of that net loss as cashback, based on your VIP tier.
Cashback is credited directly to your account without any extra conditions like a bonus, and can be used in any game — whether in slot games or the live casino.

How to Move to a Higher Tier
ace bet365's VIP system does not publicly announce specific turnover figures. Instead, your overall activity, participation across different sections, and consistency are all considered together.
Consistency
Staying active week after week strengthens your profile. Taking long breaks in between can slow your progress.
Variety
Instead of sticking to just one section, try different types of games and betting. ace bet365 Casino has many options, from live tables to slots.
Depth of Activity
Not just logging in — actively placing bets and using different features will speed up your progress.
Patience and Planning
Higher tiers are achieved over time. Take your time, enjoy the process, and stay within your budget.
When Does a Tier Change?
At the end of each evaluation cycle, ace bet365 analyses your activity. If your account qualifies for the next tier, the upgrade happens automatically — no separate application is needed.
Similarly, a long period of inactivity may result in a tier drop. So it is wise to keep playing regularly — but always within your means.
If you have any questions about your tier, you can ask in Bengali via ace bet365's 24/7 live chat or email support.

ace bet365's VIP cashback applies to almost all sections. Whether you play slots, live casino, or cash games, that week's net losses all count toward the total.
To find out how cashback works for sports betting on cricket or football, visit the ace bet365 Cricket Betting page. And with multi bets, the net result of multiple bets placed together is also counted.
In short, VIP cashback stays with you across the entire platform — it does not change from game to game.
Play Responsibly
Cashback is a reward — it should not be a reason to play more. The ace bet365 VIP program is designed to benefit regular players, but you should never play beyond your budget just to earn cashback.
Set a budget for yourself each week and stick to it. Whether you win or lose, the decision should be yours — not driven by pressure. When the experience starts to feel negative, take a break.
